Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users and customers of TGMBIZO.COM ("Platform", "Service"), operated by TGM INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

TGMBIZO is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering cloud-based business and enterprise solutions. Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any paid Services.

1. Subscription-Based Services

  • TGMBIZO Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, yearly, or as otherwise specified).
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge applicable fees using your chosen payment method.

2. Free Trials

  • We may offer free trials for certain Services at our discretion.
  • Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes only.
  • No payment is required during the free trial period unless stated otherwise.
  • Once the trial expires, the account may be automatically upgraded to a paid plan unless cancelled prior to the trial end date.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their TGMBIZO account or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles.
  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to TGMBIZO are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial usage of a subscription period
  • Downgrades between plans
  • Unused features or user dissatisfaction
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms & Conditions

5. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges due to a technical error
  • Payment deducted but Service not activated within 48 hrs
  • Statutory refund obligations under Indian law

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

7. Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Renewal charges will be applied automatically using the payment method on file.
  • Users are responsible for managing auto-renewal settings.

8. Plan Changes & Upgrades

  • Users may upgrade or downgrade subscription plans as permitted by the Platform.
  • Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges.
  • Downgrades will generally take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Service Termination by Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for violations of Terms & Conditions, non-payment, or misuse. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
